Crank connecting rod mechanism group


The crank connecting rod mechanism is composed of three parts: a body group, a piston connecting rod group and a crankshaft flywheel group. The crank connecting rod mechanism is the main moving part of the engine to realize the working cycle and complete the energy conversion.

In the power stroke, it converts the thermal energy piston generated by the combustion of the fuel into reciprocating motion and crankshaft rotation into mechanical energy to output power; in other strokes, it depends on the rotational inertia of the crank and the flywheel and drives the piston up and down through the connecting rod to Create conditions for the next work.

The function of the crank connecting rod mechanism is to provide a place for combustion, transforming the expansion pressure of the gas on the top of the piston after the fuel is burned into the torque of the crankshaft rotation, and continuously output power.

(1) Change the pressure of the gas into the torque of the crankshaft;

(2) Change the reciprocating motion of the piston into the rotating motion of the crankshaft;

(3) Transform the force of combustion on the piston top into the torque of the crankshaft to output mechanical energy to the working machine.
