The EMD 645 is a family of two-stroke diesel engines that was designed and manufactured by the Electro-Motive Division of General Motors. While the 645 series was intended primarily for locomotive, marine and stationary engine use。The 645 series was an evolution of the earlier 567 series and a precursor to the later 710 series. First introduced in 1965, the EMD 645 series remained in production on a by-request basis long after it was replaced by the 710, and most 645 service parts are still in production. Our products are not only widely used in domestic railways, marine ships, power plants and other fields, but also exported to more than 20 countries and regions all over the word, such as the United States of America, Britain, France, Germany,Russia, India, Pakistan, Iran, Egypt, South Africa, Nigeria and so on.
Engineering optimization ability is the initial and most basic way ofproviding value-added services to our customers.Unlike a singlecrankshaft manufacturing enterprise,we also has a group ofexpers with rich experience in design, development, manufacture and application of diesel engines. The crankshaft can recommend the choice of crankshaft materials, the matching ofmechanical properties, the treatment of strengthening jourmal suface, the type of crankshaft fillet and the method of strengthening.so as toassist customers to improve the design of crankshafts, according toperformance indicators and structural features of diesel engines.
The crankshaft can provide you with the large and medium-sizedcrankshafts,and the range is covered as follows:the length is less than8,500mm;the diameter is within φ400mm;the turning diameteraround main journal center is φ1,250mm;the turning diameter aroundrod journal center is φ1,600mm;the weight is within 12.5T;and thestroke is less than 600mm.
