Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. has filed a recall plan with the State Administration for Market Regulation in accordance with the requirements of the "Regulations on the Management of Defective Vehicle Product Recalls" and the "Implementation Measures for the Regulations on the Management of Defective Vehicle Product Recalls". It has decided to recall a total of 68828 imported vehicles from April 5, 2019, including the New Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, New Range Rover Sport, and Land Rover Fourth Generation Discovery.

Recall scope:
（1） Part of the 2013-2016 Land Rover New Range Rover models produced from May 9, 2012 to April 12, 2016, totaling 2772 vehicles;
（2） Part of the 2010-2013 Range Rover Sport models produced from September 3, 2009 to May 3, 2013, totaling 20154 vehicles;
（3） A total of 3593 new 2014 2016 Range Rover Sport models were produced from October 24, 2013 to April 26, 2016;
（4） A total of 42309 vehicles were produced from September 3, 2009 to May 8, 2016 for the fourth generation Discovery of the 2010-2016 Land Rover models.

Reason for recall:
Due to supplier manufacturing reasons, some vehicles within the scope of this recall may experience premature wear of the engine crankshaft bearings due to insufficient lubrication. In extreme cases, the crankshaft may break, causing interruption of engine power output and posing a safety hazard.

Solution:
Jaguar Land Rover (China) Investment Co., Ltd. will diagnose vehicles within the recall scope and replace the improved engine for vehicles with potential risks free of charge based on the diagnosis results to eliminate safety hazards.
