 1、 Requirement analysis
The first step is requirement analysis, which is crucial. It is necessary to accurately understand the customer's needs, including the product usage scenarios, product structure, dimensions, materials, accuracy requirements, and so on. At the same time, it is necessary to consider factors such as the service life and maintenance of the mold based on the usage of the product. Therefore, when conducting requirement analysis, it is necessary to fully communicate and communicate to ensure that customer needs are accurately grasped.
2、 Design
The second step is design. In this process, designers need to prepare for mold design based on the results of demand analysis, including multiple aspects such as material, structure, and process. Secondly, designers need to conduct sufficient risk assessment and design optimization based on potential issues encountered during mold use, to ensure that the mold can meet customer requirements after manufacturing. Issue drawings, confirm with the client, and proceed with subsequent work after confirming the drawings.

3、 Manufacturing
The third step is the core link of the mold development process, because it is related to whether the mold can work normally. In this process, it is necessary to strictly follow the design requirements of the drawings for manufacturing, including material procurement, processing technology, assembly, and other aspects. During the manufacturing process, continuous testing and correction are required to ensure that the produced molds meet customer requirements.
After manufacturing the finished product, take photos for retention, and send one copy to the customer for sample trial; Keep another sample.
4、 Detection
The final step is testing. In this process, it is necessary to conduct various tests on the mold, including physical performance testing, machining accuracy testing, and other aspects. Only after passing the inspection can the manufacturing of the mold be truly completed.
Therefore, in the testing process, it is necessary to fully consider the customer's requirements and conduct comprehensive and rigorous testing.
Provide a test report after the test is completed.
5、 Physical feedback
After testing, provide the customer with online usage. After use, provide feedback on the usage results based on the actual situation. Communicate in a timely manner if there are any modifications needed, and strive for improvements before formal mass production.
